Steve

Stephen’s two decades of child protection, out-of-home care, and disability support experience has earned him the reputation as the ‘go-to-man’ when there is a problem. Stephen is the service director and has led Intensive Support since 2003.

Shaz

Sharon is an all-rounder, a support guru, and Intensive Support pinch hitter. Sharon has been working on the frontline of child protection, out-of-home care, and disability services for over 25 years, ten of those years with Intensive Support.

Cin

Cindy is the calm in the ‘NDIS’ storm at Intensive Support. What Cindy does not know about NDIS is not worth knowing. Cindy oversees the Intensive Support administration and is a founding director of Intensive Support.

Saint

Saint is extremely passionate about creating a society that includes, values and amplifies the voice of children and young people with disabilities and/or mental health disorders. Sagato has been influential in building Intensive Support’s understanding of the needs of Pacific Islander people.

Josh

Josh has worked for Intensive Support more than three years. His roles have covered direct support work and community development. In his spare time he has found energy to complete a Bachelor of Criminology (Hons). Josh has been influential in building Intensive Support’s understanding of the needs of people who practice Islam

Dan

Dana is a woman who gets stuff done at Intensive Support with serious child protection and out-of-home-care smarts and a unique straightforward style. Dana is studying her Honours year of a Bachelor of Criminology.

Ally

Alison is a proud Wiradjuri woman working in Western Sydney. Alison has been influential in building Intensive Support’s understanding of the needs of Aboriginal People and Torres Strait Islander people. Alison is an outstanding worker and service developer.

Chas

Charlie is the baby of the Intensive Support team and one held in high esteem by our clients and participants. With his boyish charm and spectacular skateboarding riding skills it is no wonder he connects and engages brilliantly with children and young people.

Aaron

As a Gadigal man of the Eora Nation, Aaron’s roles have covered direct support work and community development, Aaron has been influential in building Intensive Support’s understanding of the needs of Aboriginal People and Torres Strait Islander people.
